Is there really any such thing as innocent until proven guilty?
Bruno is one of life’s good people, having spent his life working for the council, never married, keeping his private life just that – until against his better judgement he opens his home to a young girl in distress. Suddenly finding himself accused of rape, he realises that all those people he thought were his friends no longer want to know him and his comfortable place in society no longer exists.
Thrown into prison for breaching his bail, it’s only his former work colleague, Sharon, who stands by him and makes his life worth living. But can they prove Bruno’s innocence, and will anyone believe them?
